SERVICE AGREEMENT
By visiting this site and/or purchasing any services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
CONSULTATION
A free 20-minute consultation will be provided for a “meet and greet” and discuss client’s goals and orderLEA’s scope of service. Walk-throughs are preferred; however, virtual consultations can be arranged. I understand how letting someone into your space can leave you vulnerable, but I can assure you this is a judgement free zone and I vow to remain non-judgmental throughout the entire organizing process.
PAYMENT DETAILS
A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit will be used towards your total balance due. All remaining balances are expected to be paid in full at the time of service. Current accepted methods of payment are Cash, Zelle and PayPal.
CANCELLATION POLICY
I kindly request a 48-hour notice for all cancellations. All cancellations made in less than 48 hours will be subjected to the forfeit of the $50 deposit, unless stated otherwise by orderLEA., LLC. If you have questions regarding the rescheduling of sessions, please contact me immediately.
CONFIDENTIALITY
I respect your privacy. All information received from you is confidential. Although I will make recommendations, you retain all final decision-making authority. I maintain the highest standard of confidentiality and respect for you, your possessions and your space.
Photos and/or videos will be taken, with the client’s permission, of the space(s) being serviced primarily for reference throughout the project and for marketing purposes via website and/or social media (before and after photos). If used for marketing purposes, all easily identifiable client information will be removed prior to use of photos and/or videos.
No financial compensation will be provided for use of these photo and/or videos.
GUARANTEE
With the willingness and support of the client, orderLEA., LLC guarantees a cleaner, more organized environment upon completion of services. I will work with you to respect your given timeline and budget and communicate any expectations, requirements and changes throughout the process. A final walk-through with the client at the completion of service will be performed to ensure customer satisfaction. Any concerns or complaints must be identified by the client before leaving the premises. Client feedback is highly appreciated at the completion of service.
Please note, orderLEA., LLC does not partake in any services that involve clients with extreme hoarding practices and/or emotional complexities.
DISRUPTION OF SERVICES
orderLEA., LLC reserves the right to terminate the contract if the client engages in disruptive, threatening or violent behavior. Disruptive behavior is defined as any behavior that hinders orderLEA., LLC from performing their professional duties and may include yelling, verbal abuse and refusing reasonable requests. Threatening is defined as physical actions short of contact, general oral or written threats to people or property and implicit threats. Violence is defined as physical assault directed at people or property.
In the event of any of this behavior, a termination of services will be conducted and a refund will be issued for any services paid for by client, but not completed by orderLEA., LLC.
orderLEA., LLC reserves the right to terminate the contract if the environment is considered hazardous and unsafe.
orderLEA., LLC reserves the right to terminate if client fails to satisfy all due balances.
LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY
orderLEA., LLC goes to great lengths to treat you and your belongings with respect, care and delicacy. That said, we will not accept responsibility for any damage to a client’s personal property that is not the direct result of our gross negligence. If applicable, clients are responsible for providing a list of specific items and/or spaces they do not want to be touched, moved or entered by orderLEA.
orderLEA., LLC will not be responsible for the performance of third-party referrals. This includes performance that falls below an acceptable standard or damages made by third-party referrals.
Any items that need to be discarded or donated, will remain the responsibility of the client.
Clients are 100% responsible for the funding of any products or supplies needed to complete the service.
Pets and children must be kept out of the working area.
Due to health and safety reasons, orderLEA., LLC cannot guarantee our ability to lift or move very large or heavy items.
SERVICE AGREEMENT UPDATES
orderLEA., LLC reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the website.
